In Short
The FENCY Outdoor Privacy Screen combines a planter box with a metal trellis, offering a durable way to add greenery and seclusion to your patio. It's a sturdy, weather-resistant choice for those looking to support climbing plants while blocking unwanted views.
Our Review
The FENCY Outdoor Privacy Screen with Planter Box is a solid option for anyone looking to spruce up their garden or create a bit more privacy on a deck. Built from metal rather than wood, this unit is designed to hold up better against harsh weather conditions like wind and rain, making it a reliable long-term addition to your outdoor space.
Assembly is relatively straightforward, though you should pay attention to the manufacturer's advice regarding screw tightening. It is a substantial piece weighing nearly 20 kilograms, which adds to its stability, but be prepared for a bit of setup time before you can start planting.
Standout Features
The primary standout is its dual-purpose design, which allows it to function effectively as both a vertical planter and a privacy screen. The metal construction is a significant advantage for longevity, as it resists the rot and deterioration often found in wooden planters over time.
What We Like
We appreciate the inclusion of a dedicated drainage hole, which is essential for keeping climbing plants healthy. The white-grid aesthetic provides a clean, elegant look that blends well with many outdoor decor styles without overpowering the plants themselves.
