Our Review
The sosega Windshield Cowl Grille serves as a direct replacement component for Ford Explorer models spanning the 2011 to 2019 model years. Constructed from ABS plastic, this panel is engineered to help your wipers sit flush against the windshield, which can reduce skipping and contribute to better wiper longevity and safety during inclement weather.
Because this is an aftermarket replacement, potential buyers should note that installation instructions are not included in the package. While the part is designed to install without modifications, the manufacturer explicitly recommends professional installation to ensure the panel is seated correctly and securely against the glass and bodywork.
Standout Features
The primary strength of this cowl grille is its specific compatibility with a wide range of Ford Explorer model years. Made from durable, wear-resistant ABS material, it is built to withstand the elements and maintain a stable profile on the vehicle exterior.
What We Like
We appreciate the focus on restoring factory-like wiper function, as a properly seated cowl is essential for consistent wiper performance. The use of robust ABS plastic provides a reliable, long-term solution for replacing weathered or damaged original grilles.
