In Short
The Vari Undermount Storage unit adds a useful drawer and shelf to your desk, but be prepared for a permanent installation process that requires drilling into your workstation.
Our Review
If your desk feels cluttered with everyday office supplies, the Vari Undermount Storage unit offers a practical solution by utilizing the negative space beneath your workspace. This black steel accessory combines an open shelf and a drawer, helping you keep essential items within arm's reach while clearing off your main work area.
Because this is a dedicated, durable steel unit, it feels substantial and well-integrated once installed. However, it is not a tool-free addition; you will need to drill into your desk to mount it properly. Make sure to confirm your desk's model compatibility and verify you have enough clearance for existing accessories before purchasing.
Standout Features
The standout feature is the thoughtful inclusion of PET felt pads, which line the top and interior of the unit. This creates a softer, non-scratch surface for your items and prevents gear from rattling against the rigid steel frame.
What We Like
We appreciate the dual-tier design that gives you both a drawer for hidden storage and an open shelf for quick-grab items. The solid steel construction ensures it holds up well to daily use while matching the aesthetic of other Vari furniture.
